Competition

The prize consists of:

1.   £250 worth of vouchers to send at Regent Court.
 2.   Only one entry can win. 
3.   No cash alternative will be given. The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be combined with other offer and must not be sold or auctioned.
 4.   The winner will be determined by way of a prize draw by Regent Court 
5.   No purchase is necessary to enter the prize draw.  
6.   Entries will be accepted from 10th December 2010 until 31st December 2010
 7.   To enter the prize draw please visit www.regent-court.co.uk and enter online 
8.   Winners will be notified via email. 
9.   The prize draw is run by Regent Court Shopping Centre, whose decision is final. 
10.   Entries are not permitted from employees of any store at Regent Court Shopping Centre, employees of Regent Court or any of its associated companies or the prize providers and their families, households, partners and agents. The prize draw is open to entrants over the age of 16 only. When contacted the winner must provide proof of age (depending on the prize on offer). One entry per person/email address. Mechanically reproduced entries are not eligible. The prize draw is open to UK residents only. 
11.   Regent Court, its associated companies and their officers and employees shall not accept any responsibility for any claim, demand or loss however arising that may result from participation in this prize draw. 
12.   Regent Court makes no warranties regarding any prize provided by a third party (including the quality thereof). 
13.   It is a condition of entry into this prize draw that Entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions unconditionally. 
14.   No responsibility will be accepted for entries that are lost, late, misdirected, incorrect, garbled or incompletely received, for any reason, including, but not limited to, by reason of hardware, software, browser, or network failure, malfunction, congestion, or incompatibility at Regent Court’s servers or elsewhere. Regent Court in its sole discretion reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process of the operation of the Website. 
15.   If due to circumstances outside Regent Court’s control or if Regent Court deems it necessary to suspend or cancel the prize draw, Regent Court reserves the right to do so, without incurring any liability to any entrant of this prize draw. 
16.   Every effort will be made to supply the Prize but in the event that this is not possible an equivalent prize will be offered, which will be selected Regent Court’s sole discretion. 
17.   Regent Court may wish to use the winner’s name for editorial or publicity purposes and it is a condition of entry to this prize draw that you agree to this use of your name. 
18.   By entering this prize draw you expressly agree that we can use the personal information you have supplied to provide you with information regarding offers, special promotions and other events, which we may consider to be of interest to you. 
19.   These terms and conditions and the operation of the prize draw including any non-contractual obligations, shall be subject to the laws of England and all entrants into this prize draw irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
